The winter steelhead season is well underway on the west coast and with the lack of water in the rivers, fishing has been pretty tuff. Keep your eye on the prize, find em and grind em, and keep your tip up. Ironhead Guide Service had folks out on three different river in California and Oregon and most groups got to touch a couple fish.

The fish have been wanting side drifted yarn and eggs and have been hanging our the choppy water and in the tailouts. We have been seeing 2 to 5 fish per day and have had to work really hard for our bites this week. That's why they call it fishing.

I want to say thank you to all of family, friends, and customers for supporting me and allowing me to do what I love.
