BAG LIMITS AND SIZE LIMITS FOR ALL SPECIES IN THIEF VALLEY RESERVOIR HAVE BEEN LIFTED FROM July 15 through Sept 6. This temporary rule change has been put into effect due to reports that Thief Valley Reservoir will be drained completely by Aug. 1. Please note that these same temporary rule changes are also in effect for the Powder River between Thief Valley Reservoir and Phillips Reservoir. All bull trout must be released unharmed.
