Attention Boaters: There is an impassable boating hazard on the Necanicum River between Klootchie county park and the Hwy 101 boat ramps. (Exact location 45.96553, -123.92740). Boaters should avoid this obstruction for the time being.
The hatchery winter steelhead run on the Necanicum River is done. Wild steelhead (catch-and-release only) should be available throughout the fishery until it closes to fishing on April 1. The Necanicum will be low and clear this week but should still be fishable.

Kilchis River: The Kilchis River is a little on the low side
