Current flow is around 2,100 cfs and average river temperature in the mid-60s F.

Summer steelhead are moving through the middle Rogue, but migration rates are likely to slow with warmer water temperatures. Small lures and flies work well.

Spring Chinook are still moving through the middle Rogue. Consult Oregon Sport Fishing Regulations for open sections and bag limits.

Trout season is open. Hatchery trout (less than 16inches) may be harvested, catch and release for wild rainbow and cutthroat.

Current flow, temp and turbidity conditions for the Rogue can be found at the USGS stream gauges here, or checking the City of Grants Pass water page’s river data here.
